Where I’ve been

Hey everyone!

You might have noticed I've been away for about a month now. Or maybe you didn't? I don't know if anyone actually cares or not but I'm going to tell you anyway!!!

It's kind of a big jumble of reasons so I'm treating you al to a list! Like I haven't got a hundred of those on my blog already

1. I've been busy studying

I had my end of year exams and I was revising every evening and tired from studying so much! If you were wondering, then yes they did go pretty well and I actually moved up in two of my classes! I also had a load of parents meeting and stuff like that which surprisingly takes up quite a bit of time.

2. I finished year 10!!!

At last! I'm going into my last year of school! Year 10 was ok. I hope year 11 is going to be even better. I know it's going to go sooo fast though because year 10 went by in a flash!

This also means it's the summer holidays now which means I can post way more often and put more work into my blog.

3. I lost a loved one

I'm not going to say too much here because I don't want to overshare too much but basically I lost someone who was a big part of my life. I'm coping ok but of course I was paying visits and comforting family etc. So that was very time consuming.

4. I completed a week of work experience

I spent a week working in a nursery! I loved it so much! I really loved getting an idea of real life is like as opposed to the kind of sheltered world you live in while at school.

5. I've been doing college taster days

I think it's insane that I'm looking for college placement already. It feels like only yesterday I was applying for secondary school! So I've been checking out colleges in my area and thinking about what courses I want to do which has been taking up, not only a lot of time, but also my thinking space.

6. It was my Best friends birthday

I spent a few days over at my best friends house for her birthday and we did tons of fun stuff! It was amazing by it obviously meant that I was too busy to blog then.

So yeah, this was really just a quick post to say that I'm still here. Hopefully I'll be more active over the coming weeks as I don't want to give up on this so easily! Let me know if there are any posts you want to see and I'll try my best to do them!
